Per-user license

Our products are licensed on a per-user basis and you need to purchase a seperate license for each user who installs the product.

Named users

Each license is issued to a named user (a Lotus Notes username). Our products will only work when the current Lotus Notes user is the same as the user whom the license has been issued to.

Changing named users

We will re-issue licenses in different names in situations such as when staff members change. Please contact us to request a re-issue of a license.

Support

Each license purchased comes with a period of support included; 1 Year, 2 Years or 3 Years. During this support period you are entitled to unlimited free product support and all product upgrades.

When the support period ends you need to purchase additional support to retain these benefits.

Upgrades

Upgrades are free to customers who have a current support agreement in place.
